On-The-Job Training– This is one of the best employee training techniques used in companies. One of the workers who is already well-experienced in the job specifications, takes on the role of training another employee. The trick here is to go through each process slowly to make the new employee understand what is required of him/her. After that, the employee is asked to proceed with their work in accordance with what he/she has learned. If the employee is not doing it correctly, the employee is taught the right way there and then so to iron out any issues that might have arisen later.

Job Instruction Training– This one is for the mechanical jobs where a set of procedure is to be followed to work. A set of instructions are passed on to the workers and asked to follow it. It can be a step-by-step instruction booklet which is given where the employees only have to adhere to.

Providing Lectures– This is a good way to train and motivate employees for work. Simulated Learning– It can be of many types, each one helpful in training the employees. A Longer Orientation– In this technique, employees are put in different teams for short periods of time so they understand the whole operational system of the company. The employee understands well what the company is all about and how important each function of his/her job is. One must know the consequences of their actions, and when an employee realizes that; he/she takes the job seriously and knows exactly what would be affected if the job is not done well.
